Gathering style ideas and inspiration

Here's how it works:

Step 1: Gather in person

Choose a comfortable and welcoming location, whether it's your own home, a community center, or a cozy cafe. Invite people to join you. This gathering of different perspectives is what makes the Wisdom Well so powerful.

Step 2: Join the virtual well

Tune in to a virtual gathering with the Well-Keepers, including insights, personal stories, and the latest research on the topic of the month.

Step 3: Questions and sharing

Answer thought-provoking questions designed to spark connection and deeper understanding.

Step 4: Beyond the gathering

The Wisdom Well doesn't end when the gathering concludes. Stay connected with guests through the dedicated online community. Share your reflections, continue the conversation, and engage in ongoing learning and growth together.

What we provide:

  • Hosting Inspiration and Support: We'll equip you with a toolkit brimming with ideas, resources, and expert guidance to ensure your gathering is a success.

  • Virtual Kick-off: Dive deeper into the spirit of the Wisdom Well with a 30-minute virtual session hosted by the Well-keepers. This shared wisdom and intentional questions will set the tone for your gathering and ignite meaningful conversations around your table.

  • Digital Hub for Organization and Connection: We'll provide a dedicated digital space where you can manage your guest list, share resources, and keep the conversation flowing even after the gathering ends.

Your role as co-host:

  • Get excited!

  • Invite your guests (we’ll provide inspiration for who and how. Hint: there is no wrong answer!)

  • Coordinate the meal: Whether you choose to cook, host a potluck, or cater, we'll supply helpful tips and tricks to make the meal a delightful addition to the gathering.

  • Provide the space and set the tone: We’ve got tips here too!

  • Can’t make the live event? Host at your convenience with an on-demand recording.

Your co-hosts for the gathering: imparting insights, research, and personal stories to spark conversation around your table

Carrie Allen

Hi! I’m Carrie and my passion is bringing people together to create magic. My whole life I have been building communities by connecting people. I can’t help but see that when people are connected with others experiencing something similar, magic happens. My career has been spent doing all things marketing in all sizes and stages of business but all with a similar thread: a community mission. In 2021, I finally took the leap to bring The Human Array to life. It has been the greatest learning experience and there is still so much to explore and learn! Through my personal growth and entrepreneurial journey, I met Sarah and am excited to have our passions propel The Human Array forward.

Sarah Cotterill

Hi, I’m Sarah, originally from (and still located in) the Midwest. My life has always been a journey of inquiry to uncover connections and deeper understanding. I ask a lot of questions! After college and law school, I practiced as a health care corporate and regulatory attorney and climbed the corporate ladder. And then started to sense a different calling. So I left my corporate job behind and embarked on a period of introspection and exploration. I met with interesting people, delved deep into areas of personal interest, traveled, spent time off the grid and in nature, and was fully present with my kids. Over time, I started a few businesses in the regenerative health, wellness, and agriculture space. Along the way, I took the Journey of Intrinsic Health course where I met Carrie.

Gina Bria

Named Real World Scholar, Gina researches, consults, and speaks on hydration strategies for health and agriculture. She founded the hydrationfoundation.org to promote optimal hydration for people, plants, and soils, supporting food quality and security by collecting funds to donate water saving/soil decontaminating irrigation funnels directly to farmers. Her initiatives have accelerated research and practices in health and soil regeneration. The Hydration Foundation has become known for pilot projects which quickly turn into standard best practices. HyFo offers education and wellness programs and products to support hydration among the elderly, school children, athletes, and travelers. Her TEDx TALK, How to Grow Water: It's Not Only Blue, It's Green, identifies plants in hydration strategies around the globe. She is co-author of QUENCH: A Five-Day Plan with Dr. Dana Cohen, MD, featured in the New York Times Science Section, NPR and O Magazine, and is now in 6 languages. A breakthrough book including 50 hydrating recipes, QUENCH shares the science of newly identified phases of water.

Frequently asked questions

  • The Wisdom Well gathering is hybrid because it is partially in-person and partially virtual. You host the in-person part at a location of your choosing with guests of your choosing. Then you will connect with us and other gatherings via Zoom for the virtual part of the program.

  • The inspiration for the Wisdom Well was to gather together those with whom we want to deepen our connection. We provide more detail in the digital space, but this could be close friends, intergenerational family members, new friends, co-workers, or even unacquainted friends who should know each other.

We even hope to inspire you to host more than one of these groups! We know once you feel the power of one of these gatherings, you will want to host more.

  • We envision gatherings around a table in your home. A space where you feel you can be authentic and create a welcoming environment. If your home isn't an option, perhaps ask a friend to co-host by providing the space or find a public space (restaurant, community center, cafe, office, etc.) where you will feel comfortable connecting.

  • Our goal is to equip you with a lot of inspiration for your gathering. You know yourself and your guests best, therefore, we will provide suggestions for various takes on hosting. Including plated dinner, family-style, buffet, catered, etc.

We have partnered with a chef to provide a suggested menu and recipes coordinated with the theme of each Wisdom Well gathering.

  • There will be a live stream of the Wisdom Well each month with two time options to accommodate multiple time zones.

After the live gathering, you will be able to stream an on-demand version of the gathering so that you can host your in-person gathering at your convenience if you can't host at the time of the live gathering. Or if you want to host more than one gathering!
